What to Check During an XKING Maintenance Notice

A planned service window and a local mobile connection problem can look similar. Use these checks before submitting repeated login attempts.

Read the current dated notice

Check the XKING News center for the latest information. A maintenance notice should identify the affected area and any action users need to take. An older forwarded screenshot may no longer describe the current service status.

Check another connection

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data when practical, reopen the browser and confirm that other websites load normally. Avoid changing account details or reinstalling an app immediately when a notice already explains temporary access problems.

Do not repeat verification requests

Several login or code requests in a short period can create confusion about which code is current. Wait for the stated service period to finish, then request one new code if verification is still required.

Prepare useful support details

If access does not return, note the approximate time, device, operating system, browser or app version, affected function and exact error message. Send those non-sensitive details through official support. Never include a password or full one-time code.

Confirm app updates after maintenance

Some maintenance work can be followed by an app or compatibility notice. Use the official app page to verify the current download instead of installing a package shared by another source.
